Data controller
The data controller is Cool Solution. Contact: info@cool-solution.com.
Data collected
This website collects two categories of personal data:
- Browsing data collected automatically from the hosting provider's logs (Cloudflare): IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, response code. Used solely to ensure the correct operation of the site, security, and the diagnosis of technical anomalies.
- Voluntarily provided data via the contact forms or email info@cool-solution.com(e.g. name, email address, phone number, message). Processed solely for the purpose of responding to the request and, where a contractual relationship exists, for managing it.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to contact requests — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Security and operation of the site — legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller in keeping the service available and protected (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Legal obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR), where applicable (e.g. invoicing).
No profiling or automated marketing activities are carried out. No analytical, profiling or third-party cookies are used — see the cookie policy.
Recipients
Data may be processed by entities that provide technical services to the controller, appointed as data processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR. In particular:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and CDN) — log data may be transferred to the United States on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Email service provider for managing correspondence sent to info@cool-solution.com.
Retention
Technical logs are retained for the minimum time necessary for security purposes (normally up to 30 days). Correspondence relating to contact requests is retained for the time needed to fulfil the request and, where a contractual relationship exists, for the periods required by law (normally 10 years from the end of the relationship).
Rights of the data subject
The data subject may exercise at any time the rights provided for by artt. 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Requests may be sent to info@cool-solution.com. A complaint may also be lodged with the competent supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
